  Came here and waited in line for 15-20 minutes to order food. Yes they were busy with drive through but I watched as numerous car orders went out but those indoors were not served. I’m sorry people waiting inside should not be waiting this long. Bs that it is longer than the cars.

  Ordered pick up on our way home from a trip. It was mid afternoon, about 3:30. We waited about 10 minutes before one car got through the drive through. No movement at all. Three cars behind me backed out of the line. Finally moved and two cars got through, and we were asked to wait. Five more minutes and we were finally waited on. We told them we had a pickup and they said pull up. Five more minutes somebody finally brought our order. That was at 3:58. More than twenty minutes at a slow time of day to pick up an order is ridiculous!!!

  I waited in the drive through for them to hand me the frosties I ordered and no food. The lady then was yapping and airing her frustrations about us not getting our food yet then handed us the bag with the food in it cold. And I ordered a 4$ biggie bag and it only had the nuggets in it.

  This place is a joke. 20 minutes and counting in the drive-thru. Go to the counter and its 30.

  I went to Wendy's drive-thru to order lunch. I specifically went there over other fast-food places because Wendy's offers Coke products. They had a sign on the speaker that said that their pop machine was down. I understand these things happen, however, I left because I needed my Diet Coke to survive the day.
