The people who made my food were fast and nice. The person who took my order was spot on with her description of the new sause and the entire restaurant was clean the napkin area was stocked and the machine for beverages was working fully.
I hadn't been there in two years and it was not disappointing

Horrible service from one cashier specifically. I know customer service was hard but he wouldn't speak up and when I tried asking him to repeat it he got all in a tizzy and walked away. Did not come back and I waited expecting a return, but eventually one of the other workers finished taking my order.
He has walked off on me ordering once before and not returned into view for at LEAST the duration of my meal. Hire better than these moody, scrawny teenagers.

It's a Wendy's and with this one you have to check the bag they give you before leaving cause the chances are high that they will forget an item you ordered/paid for and they don't answer the phone. This type of instance has happened more than a couple times now.

I just wanted to take the time to write a quick review after my visit tonight. The guy who brought our food to us waited till we could check our bag to make sure we had everything because he knew it was a busy night and mistakes can happen. The other guy at the window was also nice and updated us to let us know the system was a little slow so we weren't left wondering where our card was 😅 Good service, and great food! Thanks!

I just want to give a big shoutout to the sweet lady who was working at Wendy’s this morning. I was having such a rough start to my day, but your kindness turned everything around. It’s amazing how a small moment of kindness can make such a big difference.
