I've never had a Subway tell me I could not have spinach instead of lettuce, told me it was corporate rules and that if they came in and caught them they would get in trouble. I've never wanted lettuce I've always had spinach, it was right there in the bin next to the lettuce, yet I'm not allowed to have spinach. If I had an option to go with zero stars I would!
