  McDonald's service sucks they don't even use both of their drive UPS went to the one and it kept serving other cars coming through wouldn't even serve that one so finally we left I ain't wasting my money there I'll go somewhere else where they care about their customers 🤔 had to give it a star just to post this but I wouldn't have gave it nothing

  Ashley Smith at the local Albion Michigan McDonald's is the best and she knows how to make mine and my daughters experience 10× better.

  Waited 10 minutes before being helped had four people look at me and didn’t acknowledge me I guess there’s a reason they work at McDonald’s

  I used my mobile app to order my food, it took me twenty minutes to get my food after confirming my order. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and a six piece chicken nugget meal. After my twenty minutes wait, i look in my bag and got a chicken sandwich meal and a quarter pounder. Not what i ordered. The chicken sandwich was dry, not crispy and had none of my customized ingredients. The regular sandwich had one pickle. I am so disappointed in my experience at this McDonalds. 0/10 do not recommend.
