  Ordered some blizzards tonight during our visit.. watched employees playing with there hair noses and way too much horse play. Mangers didn't seem to have much control tonight. Had way too many standing around doing nothing.. Got the choc dipped strawberry Blizzard and wasn't mixed very well half vanilla and strawberry. I get that u just opened but seems like u can do alittle bit better.

  Food was great, management needs to learn how to actually train their employees instead of just yelling at them. Service from the employees was awesome, but the manager tonight treating the employees the way he did will keep me from returning again. We will NOT be back.

  Came back on 1/23/26: same poor service. Confused and lost employees. Waited 30 minutes for my meals. Will NOT be returning ever again. …………………………. Fits in well for fast food in Albion, MI. Ordered in the app with a pickup time of 5:44PM - food wasn’t ready until 6:02PM. Got home and realized they forgot our fries. Went back to get them. Got home and unwrapped the chicken tender sandwich - it has tomato and no cheese. I ordered no tomato and paid extra to add cheese. Can’t afford to drive back and forth due to silly mistakes. I understand this place is new and people are training - but these are mistakes due to lack of effort. Meanwhile, the blizzards have melted. Not happy at all.
