Night manager, can't remember their name, was very attentive to guests, made sure every spot in the kitchen was moving with little to no slowdowns, he checked to make sure the frycook was doing alright and had all the food cooking, and I got my food quickly, and it was hot and freshly prepared.

This Arby’s should be ashamed of itself. I pulled off I-94 during a snowstorm specifically because of their TRUCK PARKING sign. That sign is a LIE!! There is NO truck parking at Arby’s. None. Their lot is nothing more than a basic drive-through and a tiny car lot that might fit 10–15 cars. There is absolutely no way a semi or long trailer can safely park there. When I went inside and asked where the truck parking was, Arby’s employees told me to use the Days Inn lot next door. Because I trusted what THEIR staff said, I drove into the hotel’s property. The hotel staff immediately came out and yelled at me to leave, because the lot is for hotel guests only, which is clearly posted. I was put in a horrible situation entirely because Arby’s misdirects truck drivers onto property they do not own. Trying to back a long trailer out of that lot in the middle of a snowstorm was stressful, unsafe, and completely unnecessary. This could have ended very badly. I never even got to eat. I left furious, stressed, and hungry.
Truck drivers: DO NOT stop here. Do NOT trust the signage. You will be forced into a bad situation. Arby’s needs to REMOVE the truck parking sign immediately. It is misleading, irresponsible, and puts drivers at risk while creating conflicts with neighboring businesses.
Worst experience I’ve had stopping for food on the road. NEVER COMING BACK!!

Drive thru was so slow and I was only car in it. The roast beef sandwiches was as expected. The fries were horrible - come and tasted like the oil was old.

You don't always get the best fast food service, but today I can say I did. The young man at the drive through was very pleasant and courteous. He remembered to ask me if I needed any extra sauces when I forgot to ask. That type of excellent service is rare these days. I wish I'd gotten his name so I could let his boss know.
