  Avoid this place at all cost. You are better off starving to death than ordering food at this place. But, should you decide to ignore my warning and take your chances be prepared to wait an extremely long time for your order and pray that you don’t have to interact with any of the employees who have no idea what’s going on. Especially the older lady, who i’m assuming is the one in charge. One of the employees put a bag of food on the pick up rack without a name on it, so this older lady comes up to the counter and asks if anyone hasn’t been helped after me and several other customers had just been standing there waiting for our orders to be called, so I asked this lady if this nameless bag of food could be mine since there was no name on it and my mobile Taco Bell app confirmed that my order was ready for pickup, to which she picked up the bag of food to look at it, and then proceeded to put the bag down, walk away, and ask the other people waiting for their food also, if anyone else needed help. Everybody standing there looked at me and then looked at each other like is this lady for real. This is the kind of people that work at this place. Please do yourself a favor and go basically anywhere else for food. You’ll thank me later.

  Today I waited so long for a $7 Luxe box and nacho fries. I got here around 11:40pm and I’m still here at 12:11am. Very frustrated and annoyed… no one told me why the wait is so long they just have me waiting! Also got a large drink instead of a medium for the wait. Also got some free taco coupons but it expired 12/31/25 and were in 2026…
