I then called this exact location and presented to the lady the items that were missing and her immediate response was that it was doordash's problem and that they don't offer refunds for doordashing. I replied that I was not asking for a refund I was simply stating that we had no crackers and no utensils to eat with and I asked the lady whose job it was to put the food in the bag with the crackers and utensils and then seal the bag! SHe replied the front counter person. So instead of taking the blame and ownership her first instinct was to blame someone else..
