They are heavily focused on drive thru and online orders, but there should be some kind of rotation to man the counter inside. To be able to offer guests their cups or specialty drinks when picking up orders. Instead they ignore it until it's convenient for them to stop and ask if you need anything, ultimately taking away convenience for the customer ordering ahead. My advice order ahead without drinks for best possible experience with pickup orders.

It tastes amazing going in, and 30 minutes later your stomach is filing complaints with HR. The NEW WRAP was flawless, the Baja Blast was basically liquid temptation, and my bathroom paid the ultimate price. 10/10 would risk it all again. Wolverine is the BEST.
