I’m my gosh- Placed a delivery order at 6:55 online. An hour later received a phone call asking if I still wanted the sandwich it would be another 30 minutes. Over 1 1/2 hours to receive delivery- it was evening and I haven’t eaten yet. The caller from JJ say “he” has a lot of deliveries tonite- alluding to a single delivery driver on a Friday night. OMG! That is the freakin’ longest wait for sandwich and coke

Asked for A ham and cheese provolone sandwich. I guess they only give just ham for that. And what kind of amount is that. I also heard an employee complaining that people were not tipping. Real classy Jimmy John. This was October 23 about 4:00pm.

Every time I come here the staff are great and the food really is freaky fast. The one time my sandwich wasn’t right they fixed it no questions asked. I am a JJ regular.
