  Second time in a year that my wings still had feathers. Unacceptable and disgusting. BDubs used to be good quality and decent value, not anymore. Quality continues to decline, the size of the wings has shrunk by 50%, even the flavors of sauces and dry rubs has become worse and worse. Was 6 months in between visits last time, will be much, much, much longer going forward.

  I never leave reviews, but this location has reached a level of consistent incompetence that needs to be addressed. We DoorDash from this store multiple times a month, and for the fourth time, our burger arrived without the cheese curds we paid extra for. We called the store, and the manager blamed “training new staff” and said she would speak to them. We ordered again the very next day, and again no cheese curds. We called back and spoke to a male manager who said he would talk to his staff and offered a $10 credit (which we still haven’t used because we haven’t physically been in the store). We stopped ordering for two months. Today we gave them another chance and unsurprisingly still no cheese curds. Every burger automatically comes with a side, even without an upgrade, so the fact that multiple employees continue bagging orders with just the burger and no side is mind-blowing. What makes it even more unbelievable is that they always include the b-dubs dip sauce that is supposed to go with the cheese curds… yet not the actual cheese curds themselves. The receipt even shows the sauce under the cheese curds line item. At this point, it’s not a mistake. It’s not training. It’s simply incompetence at this location.

  Came here for Veterans day, they gave me a 10 piece boneless with fries and a drink. I couldn't be happier! Thank you, I'll be back next year for sure!

  The food is good, but a BIT over priced!... I'm old enough to remember when you got a whole wing, not 1/2, and now they're charging 34 for 30 of those 1/2's. It wasn't long ago they were 1/2 off on Tuesday's, no longer the case.. I know everyone has to make money, BUT it has gotten to the point I will not be returning.

  My family and I certainly enjoyed our visit. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious as expected. 👍.... Only couple concerns were the spacing of the high tables, and the guy carrying the tall stacks of glasses leaning onto his body (sanitary advisory). But other than that, enjoyed the visit. Thank you very much!
