  Don’t order takeout here! They definitely don’t care as much if you’re not sitting at a table eating. Past two times they’ve given us “dry rub” wings looking like this. Wedges weren’t crispy either.

  Kendall who seated us was kind greeted us with a beautiful smile. She was kind and friendly. Our waitress was awesome I am sad I can’t remember her name. Dark hair medium length . forearm tattoo However first time at this location definitely impressed by service and quality of food. Very clean and easy parking. Definitely recommend . Thank you for a great experience.

  This place joke bartender sucks don't check on people they all sit corner n talk if I was owner I'd get rid of them all.with game day should be packed I wouldn't recommend no one go there terrible service.

  Second time in a year that my wings still had feathers. Unacceptable and disgusting. BDubs used to be good quality and decent value, not anymore. Quality continues to decline, the size of the wings has shrunk by 50%, even the flavors of sauces and dry rubs has become worse and worse. Was 6 months in between visits last time, will be much, much, much longer going forward.

  I never leave reviews, but this location has reached a level of consistent incompetence that needs to be addressed. We DoorDash from this store multiple times a month, and for the fourth time, our burger arrived without the cheese curds we paid extra for. We called the store, and the manager blamed “training new staff” and said she would speak to them. We ordered again the very next day, and again no cheese curds. We called back and spoke to a male manager who said he would talk to his staff and offered a $10 credit (which we still haven’t used because we haven’t physically been in the store). We stopped ordering for two months. Today we gave them another chance and unsurprisingly still no cheese curds. Every burger automatically comes with a side, even without an upgrade, so the fact that multiple employees continue bagging orders with just the burger and no side is mind-blowing. What makes it even more unbelievable is that they always include the b-dubs dip sauce that is supposed to go with the cheese curds… yet not the actual cheese curds themselves. The receipt even shows the sauce under the cheese curds line item. At this point, it’s not a mistake. It’s not training. It’s simply incompetence at this location.
