  Went during open hours about 10p Saturday night. Couldn't get anyone to take our order at the drive thru. Sat there for about 7 minutes drove around, could see workers inside went back to the drive thru... waited, still no one ever came across the speaker box! No wonder they are closing a bunch of Arby's across the country. Culver's for the win!

  Very disappointed just got home asked for a gyro ask for extra cucumber sauce there was none lettuce nonexistent half of one tomato slice somebody adult needs to be a manager at this one in Adrian they're definitely not living up the standards the owner needs to get involved and stop raking in the dough and sitting at home of course I had them in Ann arbor must be a different standard of food their versus Adrian

  I just got home after picking up what was supposed to be a beef and cheddar large combo. I even said classic when I ordered. Not only did they give me the wrong thing but they gave me the one thing on their menu I will not eat. A gyro. I have had an awful head cold for 5 days so I called to see if my sweet friend could pick up the correct sandwich for me. Not only did she seem to not believe me after even giving them the exact order, 20 minutes ago, and that I paid in cash with a total being 13.24. She gave me attitude and said I have to come all the way back when im sick as hell all for a damn sandwich. Excuse me for expecting the somewhat correct order. Maybe they should repeat it back to you when you order so this doesnt happen. Im absolutely livid and will never be back. Its the principle. Let's cause a sick person all this trouble over a stupid sandwich. Like really? How stingy are we? Get over yourself.
