The employee escalated the situation, behaved unprofessionally, threw our prepared food away, and told us to leave the restaurant. This was not a misunderstanding — it was inappropriate conduct that no customer should experience. After reviewing public online feedback for this location, it appears this employee has been involved in similar issues previously, which raises concerns about ongoing management or training failures. I attempted to resolve this at the store level but was unable to reach a manager due to the automated phone system redirecting to customer care. I then submitted a corporate complaint and, to date, have received no follow-up.
