While getting something in the yogurt area a young stock person found it funny to make fun of her disability! He proceeded to tell another young stock person "did you see how that lady walks" as he hunched over his back and proceeded to imitate her walk and laughed!! Little did he know when she turned around and saw what he was doing and saying she left the store in tears!! Bullying Hurts no matter what age!!

There were no grocery carts available anywhere inside the store, leaving me to carry roughly 80 pounds of groceries by hand. When I asked the evening manager where I could find a cart, I was told that on Monday nights they are kept on the sides of the building. This policy makes little sense. Many customers—especially elderly individuals—rely on carts for stability and safety. Expecting them to walk around the exterior of a dark building (in the winter) to search for one is both impractical and inconsiderate. Additionally, when I voiced the concern, I was told, “I just do what I’m told.” While I understand employees follow procedures, offering feedback and solutions to management is part of good customer service and continuous improvement. I hope the store will reconsider this practice and be more mindful of customer needs going forward.

I believe it was Rene who billed me out and said she would wait while I went over to get my recycling bags. i started out by going to the wroing Kiosk and the Dawn came over to help me. She was absolutely LOVELY! She typed up all my indormation and got my account set up. Then I was on my way. Thank you for being such a wonderful Hannafords!! It is employees and poeple like you all that make the world a better place! Thnak you!!!
