  Despite not being busy the drive through was incredibly slow, my burger came out cold and missing onions, and they weren't using the any of the number parking spots for slower orders.

  Remember when mcdonald’s cared about customer satisfaction? I do! this place cares about 1 thing. The “Times” which is how quickly a car moves through the drive thru that’s why they park everyone and even have their employees stop taking orders I asked the boy at the window why they stopped taking orders and he said “They just have us stop so they can have better times.” I mean gone are the days when we cared about customer satisfaction but let alone health? The freezer has been broken for 2 weeks the food is slowly rotting and they are still selling it which could possibly get someone sick. Do not eat here.

  I would love to type all the absolutely disgusting behavior displayed by the lady taking my order and the actual manager but it would take awhile the managers should set the example for his employees but it’s more than clear why the drive through person thought she was allowed to act like she did. The topping was actual cold chewy French fries that forced me to go inside after waiting for my food and then getting it cold. Don’t go here.

  Actually friggin insane to wait 20 min for 2 pies and a mcflurry. Everything empty. Floors gross. Tables dirty. No napkins. People yelling and swearing out back. Won't literally even look at you while you stand in the front lobby staring them down. Not going here again. Half the kiosks working, not printing receipts, cant take payment on it. If you have to pay at the counter be prepared to wait 15+ minutes before someone comes back out front. Actually appalled.

  I Haven't been here in a while, but I ordered a medium Caramel,Chocolate iced coffee with just cream, and the manager taken the order asked me how many pumps of chocolate and caramel in it. I had no idea as nobody asked that before, so she said she would take care of it and when I tried it to see how it was (she offered to add more if needed), it was perfect. The right blend, I could taste both caramel and chocolate. Kudos.
