- JSJesse StewartDec 19, 20251.0I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived they said the computer was rebooting and I would have to wait 15 minutes. I asked if I could show my phone order so they could make and they said that was not possible. They told me to park on the side and they would let me know when the computer was backup and running. They never told me and I noticed people going through the drive thru. I went back to the drive thru and they proceeded my online order. The window teller was not friendly or apologetic at all. When I got home the bread for the hamburger was stale!

I’m not sure of the employees names working this evening, but they went out of their way to be patient & considerate with a customer. The service was also super fast. In a world where it doesn’t feel like people care about anyone anymore, especially a stranger, it was wonderful to see how they went above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of. Very classy. Way to look out for people in the community, too. Just awesome.
