I’m not sure of the employees names working this evening, but they went out of their way to be patient & considerate with a customer. The service was also super fast. In a world where it doesn’t feel like people care about anyone anymore, especially a stranger, it was wonderful to see how they went above and beyond to ensure he was taken care of. Very classy. Way to look out for people in the community, too. Just awesome.

I chose carryout upon arrival I came across 10 Cars in the Drive-Thru, and a locked Lobby... no indication was given no sign was posted letting anyone know that the lobby was closed several people including myself what find ourselves pulling on a locked door trying to get in. They made sure to let me know that you cannot skip a line and you must go through a drive-through process no matter if you did a mobile order or not. I understand there's shortage of employees but it would be courteous to let the customers know through a sign or better yet tell their corporate to update the app to let us know that the Lobby is closed or not give us the option to choose carry out. @WindhamMEWendy's you can do better give them the tools needed to better communicate to the community instead of wasting our time driving the country mile to get here for this type of experience. Ps. Waiting on my refund from the number that I called through Wendy's which that was an experience in and of itself.
