And then I call to say something about it which usually I don't but like I said it's $10 worth of my money I work for and I get hung up on. And I've worked at a Dunkin' it would never treat someone like that

Stoned guy with tattoos on his face in the drive through left out our donuts, half our food, and one of our drinks. Even though they’d been ordered for 15 minutes before we got there. Then he tried to tell me I didn’t have it on my order even though it was clearly on my phone Then told us to pull up to the window where we waited for 10 minutes, and left without getting my drink. I guess he just wanted it for himself. Terrible awful service, they should try finding better staff who actually give a crap about their work instead of arguing with customers to cover up their own garbage work ethic.
