  I ordered from here twice (late 2023/early 2024) via DoorDash, and both times my orders were completely wrong. I figured enough time had passed to give them another try, so I placed a carryout order scheduled for 2:00 PM. I walked in at 2:04 PM. The digital screen showed my order was "Ready," but no one was working the counter. The doorbell went off when I entered, but I was ignored. The only visible employees were one person making pizzas in the back, and another guy boxing them up at the front. Unbelievably, the guy boxing pizzas was wearing heavy, noise-canceling headphones and couldn't hear a thing. Over the next 15 minutes, three other customers walked in. I repeatedly said "excuse me" to get the employee's attention, but was ignored. Eventually, the employee took off his headphones and started serving the people who had arrived after me. Even after I pointed out that I had been waiting longer and my name was at the top of the screen, he continued to help the line of people behind me. I finally had to interrupt him at 2:17 PM to ask for my pizza, which had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. His only response was, "Sorry, we should have had someone working the counter." Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I won't be giving them a fourth chance.

  food was okay, however the wait was ridiculous! they seemed to just be standing around awhile i was waiting 30+ minutes.

  I dont usually leave reviews but this has to be the absolutely worst run Pizza Hut on the planet! Literally every time I've ordered from there they take AT LEAST twice as long as projected, they never have enough people working, last time no one was working the front or greating customers, just 6 customers waiting, arms crossed, not one single worker wanted to acknowledge anyone behind the first customer (who's massive order was thoroughly screwed up). For the 100th time I waited 20-30 mins AFTER MY PIZZA WAS DONE to actually recieve it. My pizza was well past done and paid for but they couldn't even acknowledge my existence, I had to wait an extra 25 mins and make multiple attempts to flag an employee down just to get one of them to scoff at me and tell me to "wait a minute" and try to walk off before I even got a sentence out. NO DUDE, IVE BEEN WAITING 25 MINS FOR YOU TO JUST HAND ME MY PIZZA YOU RUDE LITTLE ..... Anyway, this specific pizza hut is objectively terrible - super slow cook times, unbelievably late deliveries, embarassing excuse for customer service and chronically understaffed with ZERO quality control. Consistently CRAP customer experience. 1/10 🌟's
