  I am extremely disappointed with this KFC location. Every single time I order from here, my order is wrong. I specifically ask for drumsticks, and instead of simply telling me they are unavailable, they just give me wings without saying anything. This has happened multiple times. It feels dishonest and careless. If you don’t have what I ordered, communicate that clearly. Do not substitute items without asking. I am paying for specific food, and I expect to receive exactly what I ordered. On top of that, the staff taking orders act like they do not care. There is no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to fix the mistake. It feels like customers’ time and money mean nothing here. This has been a repeated issue, not a one-time mistake. It is frustrating to continuously waste time and money on incorrect orders. I will not be returning unless serious improvements are made in accuracy and customer service.

  These guys have a HARD time taking directions its almost shocking. I live down the street from this establishment and I can count on one hand how many times ive had my order made correct. Im not sure if its the operators or the drive through interface but these guys cannot follow simple order instructions, if you go here expect your order to be made incorrect.

  What's to say it's KFC. The service is grate and the food is always hot. And the price ant bad for what I get .

  At about 7 at night we order Taco Bell we got 3 Doritos locos combo boxes . They forgot them . Also order a large Baja blast and they didn’t fill it up fully . They forgot a lot ? This engrages me . It’s called Taco Bell , how do you forgot tacos … omg.
