- JRJ RichNov 13, 20251.0I dont usually leave reviews but this has to be the absolutely worst run Pizza Hut on the planet! Literally every time I've ordered from there they take AT LEAST twice as long as projected, they never have enough people working, last time no one was working the front or greating customers, just 6 customers waiting, arms crossed, not one single worker wanted to acknowledge anyone behind the first customer (who's massive order was thoroughly screwed up). For the 100th time I waited 20-30 mins AFTER MY PIZZA WAS DONE to actually recieve it. My pizza was well past done and paid for but they couldn't even acknowledge my existence, I had to wait an extra 25 mins and make multiple attempts to flag an employee down just to get one of them to scoff at me and tell me to "wait a minute" and try to walk off before I even got a sentence out. NO DUDE, IVE BEEN WAITING 25 MINS FOR YOU TO JUST HAND ME MY PIZZA YOU RUDE LITTLE ..... Anyway, this specific pizza hut is objectively terrible - super slow cook times, unbelievably late deliveries, embarassing excuse for customer service and chronically understaffed with ZERO quality control. Consistently CRAP customer experience. 1/10 🌟's
