Honestly the food was delicious but the cinnamon rolls are with a hard glaze, not what I expected. Atmosphere was pretty nice although when we went, ICE was outside the strip mall, and its not necessarily Panera's fault but it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.

I got my sandwich it was freezing cold and the bacon was freezing cold. And it had tomatoes on it. Sent it back and they said we never heat up our bacon You have to ask, they made me a new sandwich, and the bacon was still cold. I ended up throwing it away It was gross. The chicken noodle soup was very good though so I did eat that unfortunately I only got a cup because I got the half sandwich half soup.

Last instruction was to get our self serve soft drinks while our order was being prepared. No one gave us cups. We had to reach behind the counter to get them. The food (soup and sandwiche) was good.
