Everybody at this location is rude and never gets my order correct always in a. Rush or have an attitude problem like if you don’t like your job don’t show up to work it’s aggravating when I wake up early to get a coffee I get served with an attitude I had gone there and watched a guy take my card with gloves on the same gloves he smoked a ciggarette with and proceeded to make food yet he’s a manager here? This place and the workers are very disrespectful to the customers this dunks I have come to for years and recently stopped going here because of the attitudes and the way the people are this dunks should be shut down and redone with new employees who are taught correctly and the store is atrocious I bet if a health inspector came there it would be shut down

Awful. We came in the afternoon around 130. They said they were busy so they just pointed at the kiosk. Fine... I get it. Then I made a mistake through my mobile order (dumb I know... thats on me) but I asked for some assistance and (all three on the phones) the gentleman said "Nope cant help..." Fine... I get it ... they are not mobile literate .. even if they are on the phones all the time through this. I then went up simply asked if they got my order because I screwed up before and the guy looks down.... throws one bag at me... passes the drink... and then gets the other two donuts my friend ordered under me. I paid 16 bucks for an order that went to the wrong place and another 16 bucks for my actual food with zero help. I get it its the middle of a slow afternoon but Jezzz .. at least pretend you wanna be here or something. I didnt talk to the manager here because I don't think there was one... Everyone on the phones and stuff. Food was fine BTW.

Ridiculous wait times in drive thru. No one at counter only a kiosk to order. Greeted by "we'll be right with you" when there's one car infront of me. Laziest, most unorganized team of people I've ever seen...and that's saying alot.
