  I just had to leave a review because I am genuinely blown away. I stopped at Dairy Queen expecting the usual fast-food gamble… and instead I was handed a masterpiece. When I unwrapped my burger, I actually paused. It looked EXACTLY like the picture on the menu board. I’m not exaggerating. The bun wasn’t smushed. The lettuce wasn’t sad and sliding off the side. The cheese was perfectly melted. The patty was centered like it had been placed with architectural precision. It was a beautifully built burger — tall, structured, and proud. It looked like it had just stepped out of a commercial. You know how most fast-food burgers look like they lost a fight on the way to your tray? Not this one. This was showroom quality. If anything, it looked better than the picture. And the customer service? Absolutely over the top. From the second I pulled up to the drive-through speaker, I was greeted with genuine respect and positive energy. It didn’t feel rushed or robotic — it felt welcoming. The staff member was clear, friendly, and patient while taking my order, and that same level of kindness carried all the way through to the window. When I was handed my food, I was met with a smile and professionalism that made the whole experience feel above and beyond what you typically expect at a drive-through. On top of that, it tasted just as good as it looked — fresh, hot, and perfectly balanced. Whoever assembled that burger deserves recognition because that level of care is rare, and the team working that shift clearly takes pride in what they do. 10/10 experience. If this is the standard, Dairy Queen is operating on a whole different level. I’m seriously impressed. 👏

  If you are lgbtq you will get disgusting looks from the staff and are not accepted at this facility and will be turned away after your order is completed and asked not to come back. Here at the Westbrook facility lgbtq is not considered "family friendly". There's a fantastic ice cream spot over in south Portland where everyone is accepted I think it's called dairy corner? It's right past the fire station over in south portland. It's 2025, sexually harassing customers is played out. Do better Westbrook Dairy Queen branch

  I love DQ Buster Bars and was totally disappointed with this Westbrook DQ because there was very little fudge (like almost none at all).
