Last time I came here they gave my order to a DoorDash driver even though it was pick up and I had to wait for my food to be made. This time I come to pick up my food and they said they didn’t receive the order even though I had the email receipt and showed them it was charged to my card. They said to call support and all the support did was cancel my order on my card. Left without any food. Never going to this chipotle again.

Just tried again for some reason and of course not only did they not have fajita veggies at 2:30 in the afternoon, but they were only accepting mobile orders 🙄. Somehow every Chipotle in the greater Portland area is always out of fajita veggies, who knew it would be so hard to cook some peppers and onions. I don't know why I even bother, but I guess I'm a sucker for being disappointed. Chipotle sucks everywhere now anyway, never again.

She went to report it to the virtual assistant and they said she complains too much and ended the conversation! We have gone here often and 9 out of 10 times we have had an issue. They need to re-vamp this location. Obviously this is a location issue, we dont normally complain about anything. And to add, this location is constantly filthy!! My husband door dashes and no matter what time of day he goes in, its FILTHY!
