  Always outstanding food & service! We always enjoy Michele; she is so friendly and courteous. She always recognizes us by name on our many visits. Today, we met Connor. Connor was busy cleaning up the dining area after a busy lunch. He is hard working and friendly. Connor asked if we needed refills or any more sauces. He makes eye contact and stopped to visit briefly. Excellence! Manager Jasmine stopped by to visit and thank us for voicing our appreciation personally. Thank You!

  Drive thru is a little chaotic and they don’t have a separate line for mobile orders like they do at other chick fil a locations. Service is usually pretty quick and friendly. They forget sauces all the time so make sure you check your bag!

  The service here is really great. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I am surprised by how they have maintained this place so clean and welcoming. We ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo and nuggets. The chicken was so fresh and tender. Everything was very fresh. One of the best chickfila i have been to.

  I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A locations over the years and have always had positive experiences, but the Chick-fil-A location is truly exceptional. This particular restaurant has become a regular stop for me and my family, and every visit reminds me why we keep coming back. The overall experience feels a step above what you’d expect from a typical fast food restaurant. Yes, the food is prepared and served incredibly quickly, but what really stands out is the consistency and accuracy. It’s rare to receive a fast food order without at least one mistake—but here, they get every detail right, every single time. The customer service is outstanding. What really sets this Westbrook, Maine location apart is how attentive the staff is. Team members will actually come to your table to check in and ask if you need anything, which creates a much more welcoming and elevated dining experience. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. The quality of the food is also consistently excellent. I especially love their salads, and at other restaurants I’ve often been disappointed by wilted lettuce or ingredients that seem past their prime. That has never been the case here. Everything is always fresh, crisp, and flavorful. This location truly goes above and beyond in every way—service, accuracy, and food quality. It’s clear that this team is committed to doing things right, and it shows in every visit. Highly recommend!
