The manager passed it off to probably the oldest and slowest employee they have while he stood there and talked to another employee. The elder employee took over 30 minutes to blow 4 balloons up. This is ridiculous to treat employees like this. A young and capable man passing off work to an older woman just because he's Manager is disgusting. He didn't even tell the employee they were for me so she had no idea why she was blowing then up and that we were waiting on them.
