Not only did she double book for the weekend but we never saw her on our wedding day, she wasn’t there. She subbed in a lovely woman whom I had never met before and didn’t know anything about our plans. The food service was disorganized and slow, leading to many people waiting an hour to eat and the food being cold. She actually did little to no prep before our wedding, and discouraged me from going to my venue for on the day, which led to much of the decor placed wrong, details meant for guest were missed/not put out or simply done incorrectly. I had done so much work on the timeline and ended up having to run our entire reception myself. Items from our florist, that had already been paid for, got lost because no one was there to receive them. The aisle of my ceremony was a mess because someone thought it would be good idea to put rocks down in the footpath. Extremely unprofessional, extremely disappointing, and worse yet there was no communication after the wedding, no follow up, no apology, and no admission that she messed up. But she did cash our check! Additionally, she was the cater for our rehearsal dinner and the food was messed up there as well according to my in-laws. Perhaps a very small wedding you could use their catering service because the restaurant is good, but I would not use them for a large party, nor especially hiring Wendy as your wedding coordinator. Huge waste of money.

My fiance got a breakfast burrito, he thoroughly enjoyed. We had excellent service and they were all very personable and kind and accommodating. This is a gem of a place I’d be glad to return to.
