- DNDonna NoFeb 19, 20263.0It’s a busy store which is why I’m surprised that I wasn’t really satisfied. I’ve stopped buying things in bags and ordering online because of continued issues. Too many rotten avocados in the bags, etc. Perhaps they would have replaced items, but for me that’s really not the issue. If something is “bad”, it shouldn’t be there in the first place. Second issue I have with Shaw’s at EVERY store with online shopping and pickup or delivery is there is always a gimmick of overcharging. And not just a dollar or two, but $25-30, about 25% of an order. Usually occurs with items not available, so you “lose” the deal you were supposed to get, on almost every “deal”. It’s deceitful practices that sent me elsewhere.

Upon checking my receipt he charged me for 3 of the same product where I only purchased 2, also they were both 50% off and he only gave the 50% on 1 .yes he crossed out both. Upon discussing it and told him what happened, I asked regular price was 5.99 , minus 50% is what? He looked at me like I had lost my mind for asking a sim0le math question. I shop shaws at least 3 times a week and do all my meds there. Since you have that area which is now closed up for groceries to go. There is a awful dirty smell in there. I have mentioned this several times to employees who have agreed when I asked can you smell that?? You get yeah and they laugh. Night is the worst time to shop there. 2 registers are open but all cashiers are at 1 socializing. During the day its busy and hardly no registers are open. I have been shopping shaws for as long as I can remember. You folks without a doubt have gone down hill. I hear people complaining about it. This has really hurt to have to give shaws a negative review. The best part about it now seems to be the pharmacy..
