Our reservation for our sons 13th birthday party were canceled by another restaurant with less than an hour to go for showtime. We had to pivot hard to get food from here and place the party at our house. When the staff heard about the change and that it was our son's 13th birthday party they went far above and beyond to make sure our order was not only correct but was amazing and gave us everything we needed to make sure it was a successful party. I want to say thank you to the opening staff that was there today January 24th. I didn't get your names but thank you for your kindness, your compassion, and your willingness to go above and beyond for a little boys birthday on a day when the weather was barely above 0. This type of dedication and professionalism should be recognized and rewarded. Thank you again for saving my son's birthday!

When they finally came up to the counter, I complained about not being waited on and I was told that I was rude and impatient. The workers in there are not customer friendly and we're very degrading about that I was a dash or not a customer.

He was prompt, pleasant and very quick to get us our food. Probably hands down the best service we have gotten there. Really hope he takes a server job because he will do great!
