Didn't receive the hash browns with my order, and was frankly afraid to ask about them given how the rest of the experience went. Caved and finally used the app, what a mistake. Never again will I use the app and deal with the hassle to not get my "rewards". My reward is to know never to go to this location again.

I don’t know if it’s lack of staffing or what the issue is, but wait times have been crazy. Cashiers can’t take multiple orders in a row anymore and have to finish one customer before moving to the next. The old crew used to be fast and efficient. Where did they go?
