Then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the donuts, had to ask a employee with a response of, I have no idea how much longer it will be. Didn't receive the hash browns with my order, and was frankly afraid to ask about them given how the rest of the experience went. Caved and finally used the app, what a mistake. Never again will I use the app and deal with the hassle to not get my "rewards". My reward is to know never to go to this location again.

I don’t know if it’s lack of staffing or what the issue is, but wait times have been crazy. Cashiers can’t take multiple orders in a row anymore and have to finish one customer before moving to the next. The old crew used to be fast and efficient. Where did they go?
