When they make my coffee correctly and I get the same one every time it's great. Many times I found myself going to the waterville duncan, donuts by burger king because they do better with your coffee and they listen. And once in a while, I get lucky in my coffee was just right.Just like this morning. I do question the management of this dunkin' donuts, in winslow. I also went through the drive through and no one was in the parking lot. And I wanted to get a coffee, and I was on my bike, and they wouldn't let me because they said of security issues, which is a bunch of bull. I was headed to an appointment and I was getting a coffee first.🙄 if anyone should call me about this, I have a few names for you

My friends and I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app around 10:00 AM for walk-in pickup. When we arrived, the drive-thru line was extremely long, but since we ordered inside, we went in to wait. There was already a man waiting for his drink, and after several minutes, an employee finally asked what he was waiting for. It still took another five minutes for him to receive his order. At that point, the store became very busy. More customers came in to order in person and were told to wait “just a minute,” but no one took their orders for a while. Some of the people waiting at the counter eventually left without ordering due to the lack of service. When employees finally started taking orders, the customers who ordered in person ended up receiving their drinks before my friends and me, even though we had ordered much earlier through the app. After waiting for a long time, I went up to the pickup area, and only then did an employee ask what we were waiting for. That’s when I noticed my drinks had been sitting behind the pickup shelf the entire time. On top of that, my friend received the wrong drink. One employee (a man with spiky hair) was making drinks without communicating with coworkers, which caused completed drinks to be left behind the pickup shelf unnoticed. Some of the drinks were not mixed properly and were mostly just syrup. We waited over 30 minutes and didn’t leave until 10:37 AM. Overall, due to the disorganization, long wait time, and lack of communication, I wouldn’t recommend going to this location—especially during busy hours, as you will likely be ignored and their will be a lack of service.

I just went through the drive-thru on Kennedy Memorial Drive in Waterville Maine. When I was receiving my cash back the cashier handed it back to me with the change on top of the paper bills. Of course I didn't see that she was doing that so the change dropped on the ground. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a sign saying no picking up change on the ground through the drive-thru. Well doesn't that tell you something?? Evidently the cashiers have a habit of doing this and dropping the change. Doesn't that seem to be a problem to you. Cashiers in stores and the change back first and then the bills you don't hand it back on top of the bills. Then tell the customer they cannot pick it up from the ground. If I could have opened my car door enough I would have ignored the sign and got my change as I lost more than what my senior discount was. My bill was for $8.09 and so I lost the change that was do me. Tell your Cashiers to hand the change back first then the bills simple as that and not hard.
