- JBJack BroderickFeb 21, 20261.0I have visited this location twice in the past week. Both times I was appalled at what I saw. The first time, there was many people working. And when we went up to order, everyone seemed to ignore us. Eventually, after five minutes, someone yelled for someone in the back to come out. After another couple minutes, she straggles out of the back. We placed our order, and when we were waiting for our order, the whole team just kept on arguing and bickering. One of them smashed the headset on the counter as they were just yelling at each other. Eventually, when our food was ready, they messed up our whole order and forgot two bagels. The second time we came in, the whole team was constantly swearing and yelling, still arguing with each other the entire time. Luckily, this time they didn’t mess up our order, but it’s still took quite a while for just three bagels and a muffin. I do not recommend visiting this location, as everyone seems hostile and bothered that we’re there.
