Staff is so judgmental over peoples orders, how much cream, sugar, or even how much food a person orders and the stand there and judge a customer. My husband and I are very pissed. Not even acknowledging that customers are there inside the store. How they can’t even apologize like I didn’t hear you say it. Like seriously! Not even the judgment but when I got my food some of our hash browns were under cooked and my English muffin never got toasted. You want to talk about the worst Dunkin experience we ever had. Thomaston is a lot better than this place. Good customer service, good on getting food right, tells customers to have a good day or even smiles.
