Always out of stock of strawberry dragonfruit, the lady with pink/purple hair and lashes was so rude when I ask nicely about what other refreshers don't have strawberry dragonfruit. I had my order ready, and since it was out of stock I had to look for something else she was very rushing.

Ordered a croissant toasted with butter. Was handed a croissant not toasted and no butter. Just a croissant in a bag. Pretty simple order to not screw up but somehow they still managed to screw it up. I try to bite my tongue when businesses make mistakes but last week I was given a completely different coffee and had to dump it out. Guess I’ll be going to aroma joes down the street from now on.

I went to Dunkin in a great mood to get some breakfast with my family. Tge drive through was very busy so we went into the lobby. There was probably 5 people waiting for orders inside. We stood at the counter for a few mins when our order finally got taken. We sat down to get out of the way & wait for out food & drinks when they called out "boston cream donut" and placed the bag on the counter. No one moved and it was the lady who took my order so I stood up, walked through the people and grabbed my order. That is when the lady working the drive through walked over and yelled "ma'am, you can not grab things over the counter, you could be taking someone else's". I was dumbfounded because her delivery was so rude. Everyone standing there just looked like what the heck just happened. I waited until the crowd was gone and walked up to the counter for the rest of my order. The employee walked over and I explained to her that it was extremely rude to yell at me and I asked why oldo they call out the orders if they dont want you to take them? She continued to repeat you cant reach too far on the counter (which I did not) and a younger girl stood there and kept injecting. Eventually the employee apologized, I told her I accepted it and advised even if they are frustrated with their jobs to not take it out on the customers. I have never been treated so rudely for doing nothing wrong. I definitely do not recommend this location.

Nothing fills me with Christmas spirit quite like walking into the Turner Maine Dunkin and being met with 6 miserable employees, wearing their required Christmas sweaters, scowling at customers. Not withstanding the order placed 30 minutes prior and waiting patiently, just to have my coffee sit on their counter and sweat. It is amazing to watch the schizophrenic dance of a completely broken donut shop while the customers begin to pile up. At last, I make the executive decision to take my coffee even though it's not on the "ready rack", but instead 18 inches away. As I retrieve it a particularly hatchet faced scowl meets my gaze and I am curtly warned NEVER to reach onto the counter again. Yes, the Turner Maine Dunkin Donuts is a cheery Christmas destination, sure to be the succubus of any remaining Christmas spirit you have left in your soul.

My issue is more of an app issue, if the store doesn’t have something they can’t refund.
Went to pick up my order half of it was there and I was told I was all set. They seemed off put when I asked where my other half of my order was…I was informed they were out of that item so I bought a $9.49 item they generously offered me a $5.67 replacement. Between the app and getting a supplement item that’s worth almost half as much.
A service based business I guess I have higher hopes.
