Food is great 70% of the time, but it isn’t worth the wait. Drive thru consistently takes 25+ minutes without fail. It’s almost impressive how they manage to take so long.

The food is great. The customer service has gotten a 1000% better however the wait time is ridiculous. When you’re in the drive thru it’s literally about half an hour from the time you pull in to the time you pull out. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes so I don’t want to say it’s the employees but maybe the lack thereof is the issue. I don’t think they have a drive thru timer goal anymore but maybe it’s time to start one.

I pulled into the drive thru and was told they would be right with me they were doing a shift change I was okay with that and was patient with them when the man that took over did take my order he had a bad attitude and was rushing my order. Very rude and bad service at the pick up window as well didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt or give it to me.

If it weren’t for the fact my picky toddler only eats their chicken nuggets we wouldn’t come here at all. Continually slow and sub par service, staff that don’t seem to care and 9/10 the screw up the order in some way. It should not take 20 min to even start taking an order when the drive thru line is maybe 3 cars. It’s ridiculous. They need a serious retraining and staffing overhaul.

After ordering food, noticed person cooking had lonlon hair and not pulled back, glass door was filthy with smears all over it. Tables were dirty, bathroon had feces on the toilet l seat. Totally disgusting. I will never eat there again.
