  This is the second time I have tried to order and eat in the store. The first time It was a 34 minute wait for food and today we’re at 17 minutes and counting. They are stretched too thin. They are preparing food for drive through, mobile orders, kiosk orders, and counter orders. This is not a sustainable model and I won’t be giving them a third chance.

  Let’s normalize some common sense and honesty. If a customer is picking up an order and you tell them to pull up to the window, don’t make them just sit there for 15 minutes without saying anything. Perhaps say “Hey, we are running a bit behind and are working on your order right now. It will take about 10 minutes or so. Im sorry for the wait”.

  I placed on online order a little while back my. Got my email and ready time and when I arrived I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes behind one other car. Now my break at work is only 30 minutes long and I still had to eat and drive back to work. When I finally pulled up I had asked the person if my order was ready or if I would have to wait long. And she told me it wasnt even made yet so it would be a little bit. I told her to cancel my order and refund it back to my card. I couldn't wait any longer I was already late for work at this point. She said she would get it taken care of. Needless to say I never got refunded.

  In years past, I've always thought that despite Panera being slightly overpriced, they at least deliver high quality. My wife and I stopped in to grab two " pick two meals. Her broccoli cheddar soup was good, but the half tuna sandwich for $5.99 had a minuscule amount of tuna that had to be coaxed into a thin smear to even resemble a tuna sandwich. My black bean soup was tasty but incredibly salty. Why? My Mediterranean half sandwich had generous amounts of hummus, cuke and red onion. Unfortunately, the sandwich was smothered in salad greens that had turned brown. I tried picking through the greens but got so disgusted that I gave up and discarded the whole mess. Is this Panera quality now. I'll not be wasting my time or money at Panera anymore if this is the best they can do.
