  In years past, I've always thought that despite Panera being slightly overpriced, they at least deliver high quality. My wife and I stopped in to grab two " pick two meals. Her broccoli cheddar soup was good, but the half tuna sandwich for $5.99 had a minuscule amount of tuna that had to be coaxed into a thin smear to even resemble a tuna sandwich. My black bean soup was tasty but incredibly salty. Why? My Mediterranean half sandwich had generous amounts of hummus, cuke and red onion. Unfortunately, the sandwich was smothered in salad greens that had turned brown. I tried picking through the greens but got so disgusted that I gave up and discarded the whole mess. Is this Panera quality now. I'll not be wasting my time or money at Panera anymore if this is the best they can do.

  I was given RAZOR BLADES....IN the bag with my FOOD earlier today. I returned to the store as soon as I noticed. I have the entire encounter recorded, and I'm waiting to hear back from someone up the chain ASAP. Brian, the manager seemed to adjust his demeanor towards the end of our interaction, as more customers started to file in behind me, but was hostile for the majority of it (I was legitimately afraid for a few minutes and have not only a recording, but a witness with me as well), and stonewalled me when I asked who to contact and how. Apparently the razors are used to clean the grill and "accidentally" fell in the bag. Idk WHAT would possess a servsafe trained individual (big assumption on my part) to store razors above a grill where they can just "fall into" sometimes bag of food. Waiting to hear back on how seriously, how adequately, and how quickly this is resolved. Razors for supper anyone?? No takers?? CHECK YOUR BAGS PEOPLE

  In general overall, they get a 2. My husband and I stood near the counter for over 5 minutes, looked at by one employee, not acknowledged at all. So, we had to use the kiosk to place our order. It wasn't until we were done ordering that an employee finally came around the corner. We had to ask for a cup, not knowing one might be handed to us once our food was served as my husband found out when our food was ready. Then, said employee stayed to another couple get away from us, hey folks- how are you today? I highly doubt he would have said anything to us had i not asked for the cops as he was already walking right by us prior to my asking. The food was good, promptly ready within 5/7 minutes of us ordering. Thats not the issue. Its the lack of acknowledgement once we entered and then stood there waiting. Then to over hear that they had a lack or reviews over the weekend, hence mine. The restaurant is quiet, not a lot of people in here, and that's how I heard of their lack of reviews. Maybe not say that? Then, there he goes- never to be seen again, referring to an employee entering the rest room. Gross. Not exactly something guests want to here. I get it, it's a joke... but again, super quiet in here right now to over hear that. Overall, not the greatest experience when overhearing conversations and lack of acknowledgement when people are standing there waiting to drop 30-40 dollars on two people.
