This place and it's staff are a reminder why I'm no longer wasting my money on fast food. Almost every vehicle is told to pull out of line to wait at least 15 minutes for their food. After placing my order, I pulled up to see a young girl at the window who was clearly under the influence of drugs. I was told to pull out of line & wait. I waited for nearly 30 minutes until I pulled back around and was told "DO NOT PULL BACK IN LINE".
Excuse me? All of you, especially the manager, need to swallow your pride & ego, learn about customer service and get food to your customers in a timely manner. Pathetic!
When I FINALLY got my food over 30 minutes later, they forgot the fries. Was I surprised at this point? Not one bit, but it wasn't even worth the hassle of another interaction with these incompetent individuals.
I'm so tired of these non chalant "I don't care, I just work here" attitudes from these supposedly employed individuals and the people who defend them. There's no shame in working in fast food, but there are other occupations out there if you can't handle it.
There's no excuse for this kind of "service" if you can even call it that. Shame on this location at EVERY level. This was the last time I will ever spend my money at McDonald's. It was actually a blessing in disguise. Thank you
The only response you will receive is a prompt to take a survey because they "take matters like this very seriously" and want to "look into this further."
🤣 No, you've wasted plenty of my time already. You don't care or you would actually do something about these recurring issues. I will, however, follow up with a formal complaint to corporate. There should be an entire staff turnover or this place needs to be shut down!

Adequate. Took long to get my fast food. They forgot my fries but we're apologetic. So. Can't be mad at the kids. Its attached to the gas station & convenient store. It gets the job done.

Ordered a chicken meal and was told at the pick up window I would have to pay for any sauces. I wasn’t even offered one. This place is a rip off and the owners are taking advantage of paying customers. Boycott this McDonald’s and put them out of business.
