No apologies for a wait, just attitude. Sat in drive through today for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement to wait. Finally pulled to the window. Asked if we could order at the window because we had waited for 1/2 hr at the menu board with no acknowledgement. The employee said they were really backed up and no we couldn’t order at the window and we’d have to get back in line. No apologies for the lack of service or wait, just bad attitude. Thank goodness Starbucks is going in next door!
