    Id give you as many 1 star reviews as I could. Your staff is EXTREMELY rude and you guys dont treat people like 'people'.. more like ANIMALS. i had to log in and show the male boss my 6 figure bank account to let him know I wasnt playing when I said I didnt mean to miss that one, 3$ item!! Like are you for REAL!? even AFTER you saw me almost forget my water down below and watched me back up to scan it! Your asset protection was DEGRADING and that was uncalled for. Absolutely disgraceful and i will tell everyone I know to boycott you for this. YOU EMBARASSED ME FOR NO REASON! PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES!!

    Belinda with the red hair who works out front should find a new job! She's been rude to me in the past and I watched her be rude with a customer today. She needs some serious coaching! I'm still in shock that she gets away with talking to customers the way she does. Completely disrespectful to a gentleman today at self checkout. Do your store a favor and put her somewhere where she doesn't deal with the public!!!!

    I agree with Jacob, there are some employees that work here in standish that are just miserable people.... most are okay, but the couple of lead people I have had interactions with, should maybe consider, a career change? The Red headed lady, and some guy named Steve, seem to run the front of the store? Maybe someone needs to remind them, when you deal with the public, try smilling once in a while, don't be so rude and missarable? We don't nessaraly want to be there either... but wow,... I thought it was just me, I asked my husband if he had the pleasure of dealing with these two people? His response was, oh god lord, what a horror show..... pretty sure we are not the only ones to have had the joy of interacting with these fun loving souls?

    I placed a Pick-up Order, got an email at 10:10 AM that it was confirmed. I went about my day, taking my elderly cat to the vet down the street from this location. The reason I selected to pick-up my groceries was because said elderly cat would be in the vehicle. I could not shop this order in person. Apparently at 10:52 AM I was emailed my order had been cancelled. No phone call. No text. No description as to why. I found this out at the location at 5PM when I tried to pick up my order that did not exist. The woman working at the pick up was kind but ultimately could not help me and did not have my order. She was speaking to a manager on the phone explaining. The manager did not come down. I waited in line at the Service Desk and requested to speak to the manager. When he came down I showed him my emails, he commented that it was weird but they didn't have my order. He offered me a $50 credit. I cannot eat a $50 credit. I have no groceries for my week. When I expressed frustration and asked for someone to speak to he took my information and said he would have someone reach out. That someone was the woman who worked the Pick-up, she gave me the general customer service phone number I had already Googled and was on hold with. When I got a rep on the line she told me there was something wrong with my account as far as verification but could not tell me what it was. She said I should have gotten a Fraud related email explaining why my order had been cancelled. I never got such an email, not in my Spam, not anywhere. She verified my email address with me. She said there wasn't much else she could do. I requested a manager. I spoke with this rep shortly after and she said the same thing and offered a $20 credit that could only be used with.... You guessed it, the pick-up service I have already been unable to use. I find it absurd that a multi-billion dollar company can take your payment and confirm your order BEFORE flagging your information as Fraud and preventing you from placing the order in the first place. Every other website I have ever used to purchase ANYTHING has this system in place. I should not have to wait hours for emails telling me my orders have been cancelled because of ???????? reasons?????? I still have NO IDEA why my order was cancelled and I have since requested another rep. No one seemed to care at all that I had driven over 40 minutes to pick up groceries that did not exist. No one seemed to care that I spent $175 on an order that was confirmed and is now ???? in some sort of weird limbo. Everyone is trying to pass me off to a different department . In a time where groceries are already outrageous and time is so important I find it obscene that Hannaford could be so flippant about this. I urge everyone NOT to utilize this service if they are desperate or expect some kind of actual resolution. This company clearly cares little about their poorly organized systems and the people who suffer them.

    Horrible. I went this morning to get some sourdough bread and pre-packaged fruit. Fruit was about empty and what they did have looked terrible. They had a whole rack of sourdough bread. Not one single package was missing. All of it expires tomorrow. There was an employee standing there in front of the rack, scanning bread. I said, good morning. Do you happen to know if there’s any fresh bread in the stockroom? She didn’t even look at me and told me she does not stock the bread. That was the end of the conversation. She did not say, let me see if I can find that out for you or let me find someone that can help you out. Every time I’ve had interactions with employees, they’ve all been miserable. It was the exact same way with one of the butchers. It was like I was inconveniencing him when I spoke with him. Over it. Go to Market Basket.
