They had a whole rack of sourdough bread. Not one single package was missing. All of it expires tomorrow. There was an employee standing there in front of the rack, scanning bread. I said, good morning. Do you happen to know if there’s any fresh bread in the stockroom? She didn’t even look at me and told me she does not stock the bread. That was the end of the conversation. She did not say, let me see if I can find that out for you or let me find someone that can help you out. Every time I’ve had interactions with employees, they’ve all been miserable. It was the exact same way with one of the butchers. It was like I was inconveniencing him when I spoke with him. Over it. Go to Market Basket.
