Coffee station is a nice touch to the layout right by the entrance. Loved my french onion soup and chipotle chicken avo melt. I even got a $4.19 chocolate croissant for free 😊

That is the greatest deal in Americas fast food industry by far. And the the food is always good. The prices are great. And there is no tipping. Even better, I frequent numerous paneras. My favorite are South Portland Maine and Biddeford Maine. Why? The staff. They make me feel like a valued friend and not just another customer. Kudos to the managers in these two locations for training their staff in creating the experience they give every visit.
