Last I checked it's illegal to charge someone for something without their authorization. I did speak to a manager the next day who said she would speak with him. She sounded genuine and apologetic so hopefully this won't continue happening to other people

The worker just left my smoothie on the counter, didn’t call out a name or the smoothie, just set it there and walked away. There were multiple people in the lobby, if I hadn’t ordered it in two cups I wouldn’t have known it was mine and I still checked to make sure it was what I ordered. Second time I came in they forgot my side and didn’t put my name on the bag, it was just a blank bag and I was hesitant to grab it, but there were only two cars in the drive through and my order in the lobby so I assumed it was mine .. really bad service lately. I can understand if it’s busy or understaffed, but they were staffed up and only two cars in the drive through and me as an online order. Other than that the lobby was empty and it seemed dead. Disappointed.
