But during my last trip there, it was not enough to show my ID to the cashier but the bag boy wanted to see it as well. He then proceeded to follow me into the parking lot and harass me about returning the shopping cart where he wanted it instead of leaving it next to my truck in the handicapped parking. He should be fired.

It’s normally just a couple of things and I am refunded within the 24-48 hours they say it takes to be refunded. The last time I went to pick up an order, I was missing over $100 worth of items in my order. I submitted a refund request the same day. Four days later I called to follow up and was told that a manager was needed to finish my refund request and that they would be in the following day. I heard nothing the following day. I called the day after the manager was supposed to get to my refund finished and was told to call their customer service line and they gave me a number to call. I called and the customer service representative told me that I needed to call the store. I will no longer be shopping at Shaw’s.
