    We had to give a shout out to the manager, Dylan who waited on us at Panera. We were on vacation in Maine and stopped at the Panera near the airport for food before our flight home to Florida. He was so friendly and told me I could choose a cookie, because I had a reward. Then he offered one to my husband which was so kind of him. He was the nicest Panera employee we have ever encountered and we have eaten at many locations, so this says a lot. Thanks Dylan for going over and beyond your job and being so kind to us.

    Love the food. Place could use more cleaning of tables. It wasn't that busy and plenty around semi cleaning. Not in areas that needed it.
