Called to place an order Friday night at 4:30pm because their online service was down. I asked if I could pick up a single large pizza at 6pm, and the girl on the phone confirmed "we're pretty backed up now so should be ready at 6pm!" I then got a text at 5pm saying the order was ready. I'd been looking forward to it after working a very long day as an RN, and went to go pick up a cold pizza at 6pm like when I said I'd be by. When I got there, there was a single family in the entire restaurant and no one at the check-out. I waited patiently for almost five minutes, almost turning around and just going home without picking up my order and I sure wish I had! When the girl finally came to check me out, I paid like the exceptional customer that I am while she went to go supposedly grab my pizza. She then informed me that they didn't have it, that "this kind of thing happens a lot!" and that I could wait around for them to make it there on the spot. Not wanting to wait around for a 20+ minutes after working a 12 hour shift, I decided to leave and when I requested a refund for a non-existent pizza the girl at the desk informed me "yeah we have to do stuff for that on our end, hopefully it works out but if not let us know!" Yeah, right. Complete waste of time and spending $26 for NO pizza. I will never be going back here again which is too bad because I love pizza. Very disappointing experience overall.

We were needing a quick stop for lunch by the airport before flying home and chose this spot for pizza. We were delightfully surprised they had an Italian sandwich, not Maine style. The sandwich was delicious and that bread!! We also got the pulled pork with scallions pizza and added mushrooms and pepperoni- it was so good. The crust was thin with a perfect char. We couldn’t decide if the sandwich or pizza was better but all agreed if this place existed in Oklahoma, we’d be regulars.
