- DSDuncan ScottDec 30, 20255.0Went through quite the ordeal and it could have been settled quickly. Went to pick up a pizza and some idiot took my order w/o even looking at the name/order. So I came by to pick it up and they said “we’re making you a new pizza and we’ll give you a GC to your email” Kaylee (who’s amazing) takes down my email to give to her manager. I get no email after a few days. I go back again and Kaylee once again takes down my email to send to give to another manager. Days go by and still no email. So I go back a 3rd time and Kaylee hooks me up with a free small pizza to shut me up. I’m giving this fantastic review to Kaylee, in that she remembered me and my situation on multiple occasions and took care of it. I can tell she is a hard worker and deserves recognition, so thank you!

Nice person at the register but there is no reason it should take so long to make a pizza. One hour! So many people waiting. Sooooo slow. Won’t be coming back here again.
