The atmosphere is stressful, and the service is atrocious. Why can you not open the second drive-through? It’s been months and it’s the closer one to the restaurant. You just don’t actually want it so even though it would benefit every one of your customers because your employees aren’t smart enough to operate both of them, you’re just not gonna use it. This is why I hate McDonald’s. Always taking the easy way out

I am aware that breakfast stops being served at 10:30. I arrived at the Drive-through line at 10:25. By the time I got to the window, it was 1031. The man on the other side of the microphone refused to serve me breakfast. I explained that I had been in line for five minutes and that it was only 10:31 and he didn’t care. He just kept repeating we are no longer serving breakfast! I will never go back
