If it’s not for their machines being down every day, but you’ll wait 20 minutes for a sandwich because everyone is standing around talking to each other . It was even more clutch when I asked the manager about a sandwich, she was extremely rude, and then walked away- not even finishing making sandwiches that were on the board. Don’t go here. Go to Starbucks, they are clearly the top option in this area.

Their behavior was racist and completely unacceptable. No one should be treated that way. Because of this incident, I will not be returning, and I will be filing a complaint with the franchise. This kind of discrimination has no place in any business.
