    I expect so little out of Dunkin’, but they still somehow find a way to disappoint me.

    I go in every Sunday to get a coffee sometimes half a dozen donuts up until today service was always pleasant I put a mobile order in to be picked up for 12:05 pm yes I was 10 minutes early I don't mind waiting the 10 minutes i walk in two of the three employees were very rude I gave my name for the order the one at the pick up window started going through recipets looks at me I said it's a 12:05 pickup rips his phone put says to me very rudely your early I look at him and said that's okay I don't mind waiting for my order mind you the drive thru was barely busy the store wasn't even busy and there freaking out over a large coffee a berry lemonade half a dozen donuts and yes they made me wait till 1205 before I got my order

    We got here right before they were closing and everyone was still nice. They got our order really quick and never seemed bothered that we ran in right before closing. It's an easy stop off the road as well.

    i ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich which comes on a croissant and they gave it to me on an onion bagel??? didn’t even say they were out of croissants or ask me what i’d prefer… like what if i had an allergy or something. it’s not surprising bc this location is always out of SOMETHING but why would they not say anything and why would an onion bagel be the substitute? it’s not like it’s a neutral like a plain bagel or an english muffin like u have to want an onion bagel to eat an onion bagel….
